NEW WAY TRAVEL CORP (the "Agency") acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators).

• Independent Suppliers: We do not own or operate these entities. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or financial instability.
• Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, descriptions and prices provided by suppliers are subject to change without notice.

• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and you receive a written confirmation from us. 
• Pricing: All prices are subject to availability and can change until fully paid. Some international destinations may require additional "Departure Taxes" payable only in cash on-site.
• Card Authorization: By providing your card details, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amounts for your travel arrangements.

• Supplier Policies: Most travel bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the airline or hotel. These are often non-refundable. Pre-payments are non-refundable.
• Agency Fees: NEW WAY TRAVEL CORP may charge a separate administrative fee for processing cancellations or changes, regardless of whether the supplier provides a refund.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled service will be considered a cancellation and typically results in 100% loss of funds.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid documents, including:

• Passports: Must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
• Visas: You must verify and obtain necessary entry visas for your destination.
• Health: You are responsible for complying with any vaccination or health entry requirements.

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. If you choose to travel without insurance, NEW WAY TRAVEL CORP is not responsible for any losses caused by trip interruptions, medical emergencies, or cancellations due to unforeseen events.

In no event shall NEW WAY TRAVEL CORP be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage (including "Acts of God," terrorism, or strikes) arising out of the use of our services or the services of our suppliers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the professional fees paid directly to us for our services.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Colorado, Florida, US]. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing legal action.
