These travel agency terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of New Way Travel Corp’s services. By booking any travel service through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these travel agency terms in their entirety. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking travel through New Way Travel Corp, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us New Way Travel Corp is a licensed travel agency operating in the United States, holding Florida Seller of Travel License ST38782. We specialize in custom private travel itineraries for leisure and group travel.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment deadlines vary by supplier and destination.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We will communicate all applicable policies at the time of booking.
  • New Way Travel Corp charges a $250 cancellation fee per passenger for client-initiated cancellations. This fee is non-refundable.
  • New Way Travel Corp service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been initiated.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

4. Travel Insurance We strongly encourage all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. New Way Travel Corp is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.

5. Travel Documents It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Requirements vary by destination and nationality. New Way Travel Corp is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

6. Our Responsibility New Way Travel Corp acts as an agent for suppliers including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, nor for events beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

7. Changes to Itineraries We will make every effort to deliver the itinerary as planned. In the event of necessary changes due to supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
